Normally, the solution is deployed at the Client and then after the operations are to be taken care by Client's manpower after training. At Ackcezione' this is possible. However, for institutes and for some specialty hospitals, we can extend our services for accepting the responsibility of managing the operations or back office.
Today, everywhere we find except core activity outsourcing of is preferred. Ackcezione' also extends its services to undertake the transformation process comprehensively. We analyze the needs of our client and can customize the product accordingly, we ensure the solution meets the requirements properly and can train the users. We have noticed that many times there are issues with operations & properly using the systems. This may be due to shortage of skilled manpower, priorities are different, change in duties followed by change in operators of the system or any other reason.
