Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline, P.G. in any discipline.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Playing key role in product design, development and rolling out into production
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to create storyboard, complete design and give vision towards product development
• Translate user needs into functional requirements
• Collaborate as an integral member of the design and development teams.
• Develop and maintain information architecture deliverables such as high-level site architectures, page schematics, navigation schemes, detailed site maps, wireframes, user scenarios, and prototypes

Skill Sets:

• Instructional Design and Storyboarding
• Ability to research and put strategy toward product designing from scratch
• Ability to customize instructional materials for WBT/CBT/ILT
• Knowledge of industry standards, such as AICC, SCORM & 503.
• Project management tools

Designation : Senior UI/UX Developer

Number of Position: 1

Experience:

• 3-5 years professional experience in web/ UI development
• Experience in E-Learning domain will be added advantage

Qualifications:

• Candidates should be graduate (any discipline)
• Should have degree or certificate in degree in fine arts or related field from an accredited institute

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design Web based application interface & User interface design
• Review incoming design requests and monitor work to ensure consistency with brand guidelines, templates and standards.
• Ensuring that the web servers, hardware and software are operating accurately

Skill Sets:

• Hands on experience in HTML 4 - 5, XHTML, CSS / Tableless web layouts, Ajax
• Must have knowledge of scripting languages like java script, PHP, Perl, JQuery
• Proficient with the latest multimedia tools, Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop
• Good knowledge of the latest web technologies, cross browser and platform issues.
• Must be aware of W3C standards and code structure

• Creative Designer has to develop dynamic prototypes, refined design screens, final graphic assets for global use.

• Expert knowledge in Adobe Suite (Photoshop/illustrator, Flash), Corel draw and other design applications

SKILL SETS:

Technical:

• Should be highly proficient in C # 4.0, ASP.NET 4.0/3.5/3.0
• Worked on ASP .NET MVC
• Worked with OR Mapping tools - Entity Framework 4.0 / NHibernet
• Understanding of Ajax and scripting languages Javascript / jQuery
• Well versed with Design Principles and Design Patterns
• Knowledge of WCF and SQL Server 2005 / 2008 will be a definite plus

Non – Technical:

Qualifications:
